Terms and Conditions
These are our terms and conditions. These are, together with the references they contain, applicable to any agreement we, SKURK, close with you. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.
Article 1 – Definitions
SKURK owns an online store in children’s clothing for boys, which can be visited via www.allroundweb.dev/skurk.
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: conditions), associated with the internet activities of www.allroundweb.dev/skurk, are in accordance with the general conditions set up in cooperation with de Consumentenbond and the rules of conduct of Thuiswinkelwaarborg of the Dutch Thuiswinkel organization.
Article 2 – Registration
You must register to order a product. You must provide us with your personal information. This personal information must be filled in truthfully and must be up to date. We protect your personal information properly; See also our Privacy Statement on our website. Use a strong password for your account and never give your password to others. You are responsible for any misuse of your account (for example: if someone else places an order with us with your password).
Article 3 – Payments
No extra costs are charged for our online payments.
You can pay with us with:
PayPal You must have a Pay-Pal account for this. Your payment is then authorized online, so you can immediately know if it is approved or not. You can also use PayPal if you want to pay directly with credit card (Mater card, Maestro and Visa).
The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You pay through our online payment service; SISOW provides this payment service. The shipping costs are for the account of the buyer unless you order above 50 euros in items. The costs for return shipments will be borne by the buyer.
Article 4 – Deliveries
SKURK provides fast delivery of your ordered items.
The stated delivery time is an indication, no rights can be derived from this.
The order will be shipped when the payment is received. Within the Netherlands, all orders above 50 euro are sent free of charge. Our aim is to deliver your order within 2 to 3 days at your home..
Cancellation Order: Every order can be cancelled, without the payment of a penalty and without giving any reason, if not yet sent or forwarded to our warehouse, within 24 hours after you have placed the order. We request that you send an e-mail to SKURK and your order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received. If you have already paid your cancelled order, SKURK refunds the amount paid at the latest within seven days to the account number you indicate.
Article 5 – Return
If an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned.
Please use ourreturn form . Send a mail firstname.lastname@example.org/skurk and mention your returns. (Keep the packing slip on). The following conditions apply to the return:
- Items can be returned within 7 working days.
- The packing slip must also be sent back.
- Items must be returned in original condition including attached card.
- Articles must be unworn and undamaged.
- Articles must be unwashed.
- The return shipment must be sufficiently franked.
If these conditions are met, the return shipment will be accepted.
The notification of your return will be confirmed by us via e-mail.

The amount of the returned items will be refunded to you within 7 days if the above criteria have been met.
Article 6 – Liability
We are not liable for the damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage is caused by our intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be at most the amount of the ordered and paid product.
Article 7 – Intellectual Property rights
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, trademarks, Word marks) on our texts, photographs, images and other materials, are our property (or we have managed with the permission of the Rightholder). Your use may not infringe this.
Article 8 – Orders/communication
For misunderstandings, mutilations and/or delays or improper occurrence of orders and notices arising from the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the customer and SKURK or between SKURK and third parties, As far as the relationship between the customer and SKURK is concerned, allroundweb.dev/skurk is not liable, unless and insofar as there may be intentional or deliberate recklessness of SKURK.
Article 9 – Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, SKURK has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of the order of a customer, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying it in writing to the customer and without That SKURK VOF is obliged to pay any compensation, unless in the circumstances this would be unacceptable to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Article 10 – Right of withdrawal
The purchaser has the right to revoke the order within seven working days of receipt (only the entire order), in accordance with the distance purchase law, without the payment of a fine and without giving any reason. The buyer has the possibility to get the order amount, if already paid, refundable. In this case, SKURK also credits the costs already charged for delivery at the address.
To do so, please contact SKURK within 7 working days of receipt at the delivery address. In This e-mail you must provide your name, order number and (if applicable) your bank details. You also indicate that you wish to cancel your order in accordance with the distance purchase law. If your request meets the above, you will receive a confirmation within 1 working day with the address to which you can return your order.
Within 7 working days of receipt at the delivery address, the items must be returned on behalf of the customer. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have received and handled your shipment. If satisfied, refund of the entire order amount will be made within fourteen (14) days after confirmation of receipt of your order by SKURK instead.
The right of withdrawal shall lapse for the moment that the conditions laid down in article 12 are not fully complied with. In The latter case, your return will then be deemed to have been returned in accordance with article 10 of our Terms and conditions.
Article 11 – Complaints procedure
The trader has a sufficiently disclosed complaints procedure and treats the complaint in accordance with this dispute settlement procedure.
Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be submitted to the trader in full and clearly defined within 7 days after the consumer has found the defects.
Complaints submitted to the trader shall be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the trader will reply within the 14-day period with a notice of receipt and an indication when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises which is susceptible to the dispute settlement.

Article 12 – Dispute settlement
The Dutch law is applicable to these general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the judge in Zeeland-West-Brabant is competent.
